Suggestions to President Bush on the Military Budget Woes.?

Perhaps now would be a good time to re-introduce War Bonds. I know that they were sold during WWII to help fund the war against the Axis, and perhaps we could sell them now to help fund the War on Terror. What are other options? Pre-mature withdrawl from Iraq and Afganistan? Re-instating tax upon the most financially secure Americans? We cannot leave Iraq or Afganistan, at this point, so those are not real options. I doubt that W. would give up the tax cut he has worked so hard for. Why not start selling something like the War Bonds so that those financially prosperous Americans who no longer are required to contribute as much may now voluntarily contribute to the War on Terror. What do you all think about this?

Not a bad idea but the Dems Would rather just raise taxes and redirect the money .
